Obituary of Stephen A. Mannocchi

Stephen Alexander Mannocchi, 64, of Jackson, N.J. Formerly of Stony Point, NY passed away on May 3, 2014. He was born on July 30, 1949 in Nyack, NY to Alexander & Lucy ( Michella) Mannocchi. Stephen was a school teacher with the Clarkstown School District for 30 years, retiring in 2004 he enjoyed music, playing pool and he loved to travel. Stephen's biggest joy in life was enjoying his time with his adored 2 grandchild sons who loved their "Pop Pop. He is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer and her husband Jason DeGennaro of Keyport, NJ, his cherished grandchildren Jackson Alexander and Luca Michael DeGennaro, his beloved sister Sandra Blasone of Suffern, NY and his two nieces Marisa & Jena Blasone. The family will receive friends & relatives on Tuesday May 6th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the TJ McGowan Son's Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway Garnerville, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be held for Stephen on Wednesday May 7th at 11:30 AM in St. Peter's Church in Haverstraw with Interment to follow in St. Peters Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Stephens's memory to St. Jude's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
