Obituary of Lillian M. DeVoe

Lillian M. DeVoe, 85, of Princeton, NJ formerly of Garnerville, NY passed away on July 2, 2014. She was born on June 22, 1929 in Nyack, NY to Stefan & Eva Ralbovsky Kubran. Lillian was a court clerk for the Village of West Haverstraw for over 30 years, retiring in 2004. She loved and enjoyed ballroom dancing, music and doing painting & artwork. Lillian is predeceased by 6 brothers & sisters. She is survived by her loving children Rick DeVoe of Charleston, South Carolina, Kathy Hekl (Peter) of Plainsboro, NJ, Jim DeVoe (Roxanne) of Greeley, PA, Tom DeVoe (Diane) of Wayne, NJ, her adored grandchildren Krissy, Peter, Jimmy, Tommy, Kristi, Kelli, Melissa, Amy, Michael and Lauren, her cherished great grandson Jake and her beloved sister Margaret Furey of Nyack, NY. The family will receive friends & relatives on Monday July 7th from 4 -9 PM at the TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home 71 N. Central Highway Garnerville, NY. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated for Lillian on Tues July 8th at 10 AM at the church of the Immaculate Conception in Stony Point, NY with Interment to follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Nyack, NY
