Obituary of Gerard Michael Fisher

Gerard Michael "Jerry" Fisher, of Stony Point, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side after a long illness on April 28, 2015. He was 50. Jerry was born in New York City on July 14, 1964 to Charles and Anna (D'Apice) Fisher. Jerry was a graduate of Albertus Magnus High School in 1982 and graduated the Culinary Institute of America in 1984. Jerry is survived by his parents Charles and Anna; by his siblings: Rose Ann, Chuck and his wife Virna, and Kevin and his wife Jessie; by his beloved niece Emily; his nephews Charlie and Shane, as well as numerous cousins and friends. Jerry's family will receive friends on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 7-9 PM and on Friday, May 1, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, Garnerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Jerry on Saturday, May 2 at 10 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Stony Point, with interment to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Rockland Lake.
