Obituary of Omar Grilli

Omar Grilli, of Pomona, passed away on May 1, 2015. He was 55. Omar was born in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1959. He will be remembered by all who knew him for his kindness, generosity; for his love of boating, fishing and the ocean, and for being a friend to all. Omar is survived by his loving wife and partner of 23 years, Margot Nyari-Grilli; his children, Darlene and Jose; his brother-in-law John, and countless friends. Omar's family will receive friends at T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, Garnerville, on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Omar on Thursday, May 7 at 10 AM at St. Augustine's Church, New City. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may donate in Omar's memory to a charity of their choice.
