Obituary of Robert E Senk

Robert E. Senk, 57, of Stony Point passed away suddenly on March 31, 2018 surrounded by family and friends. He was born on February 14, 1961 in the Bronx to James J. and Gertrude A. (Brady) Senk. Robert worked at Helen Hayes Hospital in the Facilities Management Department as a Maintenance Assistant for 19 years and he was a member of the Leo Ladders American Legion Post 130. He enjoyed socializing with friends and family, was an avid pet lover and treasured time with his beloved dog Sparkie.   He is predeceased by his mother Gertrude A. Senk, his brother James J. Senk, his Uncle and Godfather Joseph W. Brady and his cousin William J. Brady. Robert is survived by the love of his life Donna Hansen of Stony Point, his sister Patricia A. LeGeyt of Stony Point, his nephew Mark J. LeGeyt, Jr. of New York City, his niece Kristen M. LeGeyt of Stony Point, his Aunt and Godmother Margaret C. Brady and cousins Brian and Chris McGinnis, Kathleen Hannon (John), Michael Brady (Tara) . Also surviving are his close friends Patrick, Donna, and Sadie Mulholland. 

 The family will receive friends at the T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY on Friday April 6 from 4 -8PM. Religious prayer service will be held during the visitation. A private cremation will follow.
