Obituary of Mary Patricia McNamara

Mary "Maureen" P. McNamara, of Stony Point, passed away in the presence of her loving family on March 14, 2018. She was 82. Maureen was born in New York, NY to Patrick and Bridget Ann Weaver. In 1963, she married her beloved husband Robert McNamara, Sr. Maureen loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Her favorite vacation place was going to the beach to be by the ocean. Maureen is survived by her children: Bill, Bob (Debbie) and Anne-Marie, and by her grandchildren: Matthew and Victoria. She was predeceased by her husband Robert and her parents. Maureen's family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 4-8 PM, and on Monday, March 19 from 8-9 AM at T.J. MCGOWAN SONS FUNERAL HOME, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Maureen on Monday, March 19 at 10 AM at St. Anthony's Church in Nanuet, with interment to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery.
